1. Playa Bonita:
- Just 15 minutes from the city by car (or a +/- $10 Uber ride).
- 5 minutes by car from Panama Pacifico, which has everything you need to live your daily life (grocery store, hardware store, med clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, salons, dog groomer and vet, etc.)
- Plenty of biking and hiking trails in Panama Pacifico
- Many outdoor activities in both Playa Bonita and Panama Pacifico
- CAN you walk to the grocery store? Sure, but there isn’t a sidewalk. Would be easier to bike there.
- A lot of nature within Playa Bonita itself, as well as a private-access beach (which means it’s mostly empty)
- We share the resort with the Westin hotel, so restaurants, bars and snack-type coffee shops are easily walkable (3-5 min walk)
- Prices start at $350K but can go up to $595K for a larger 2-bedroom
2. Coronado Beaches area:
- 1.5 – 2.5 hours from the city, depending on location
- Typically beachfront condos will be 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store.
- Uber is less reliable but you can schedule a taxi if you don’t want to have a car.
- Some of the beachfront resorts have a restaurant on site.
- Prices start at $200K in the “cheaper” areas, such as Gorgona or El Palmar

3. Costa del Este
- Think “city suburb” rather than downtown… this is home to 120 multinational companies. It’s a self-contained neighborhood with boulevards, sidewalks, dog parks, green spaces and everything is walkable.
