Redecorating in Panama - 1 Bedroom City Project
This dining table used to be black lacquer with cracked vinyl seats. We had the entire table and chairs repainted white with a chair upholstery to match the newly recovered sofas. Instead of having to purchase all new furniture, we updated the existing furniture for a fraction of the cost. This apartment was purchased for an investment. Within one week of finishing the remodel, we signed the contract with a long-term renter. The renovation included:
