Melissa and Kleriston take full service and top-shelf property management and real estate assistance to the next level. We thought we might invest in Panama at some point, but after meeting Melissa and Kleriston, we knew that Panama was the right place and they were the right team. In terms of real estate hunting, they have an amazing knowledge of the market, and helped us sort through numerous options. We never felt any pressure to purchase, and when it was time to buy, they helped us through every step of the process, including the negotiations, the lawyers, the condo management, the paperwork, etc., etc.
Once the apartment was ours, their property management services have been even more exceptional. They have been amazing through the minor repairs, renovations, and upgrades – lining up construction folks and handy-people, helping us choose and purchase the materials while we were overseas, and overseeing all the work (sending us daily photos and videos so we could monitor progress). We were in the U.S. the whole time. We truly couldn’t have done it without them. They have also been exceptional in terms of overseeing the rental of our condo. They do everything we need – screening guests, handling the bookings, handle all the details and payments, meet and check out the guests, oversee the cleanup and the turnaround, and making sure it’s ready for the next guests – or for us, of course. They strategize with us on ways to improve our offering, to help increase our rental income, but strategically and safely. In other words, they help ensure that our condo is working for us efficiently, while protecting it at the same time, when we can’t be there. They also provide full transparency on income, costs, repairs, building issues, etc. They make sure we are involved in all decisions, but then run with those decisions to create a stress-free, trustworthy process. Having someone we can trust implicitly to take care of our condo while we are in the U.S. has really made the difference for us and allowed us to pursue our dream of an overseas investment property and vacation / retirement home.
