You can kick start your fitness regime in the luxurious surroundings of a 5-star resort... and pay just a fraction of what you would at a similar program in the US.

VIP Treatment Includes

• Daily personal training sessions 1-on-1 with the trainer

• This program is built around your personal food preferences. We will send you a detailed questionnaire about food likes/dislikes and allergies before you arrive.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• 6am: Rise with the sun and have coffee or tea on your balcony. Eat some locally grown fresh fruit before your day starts.
• 7am: Take a walk along the beach to energize your body for the day.
• 8am: Breakfast on the rooftop. Enjoy healthy cereals, fruit, or perhaps a protein shake.
• 9am: Meet your trainer for 1-on-1 weight training in the gym.
• 10am: Burn calories with cardio! 
• 11am: Head to the pool for water aerobics.
• Noon: Enjoy a healthy and filling lunch on the rooftop or in your room. Take a short rest.
• 1pm: Go explore the sights. Take a walking tour of Panama or climb the steps to see the Panama Canal.
• 4pm: Relax in the spa. Get a massage or just enjoy the sauna, steam room, and therapeutic Jacuzzis.
• 5:30 pm: Stretch out with Sunset Yoga or enjoy a healthy cooking dinner demonstration
• 6:30 pm: Enjoy a healthy dinner as you watch the sun dip below the horizon.
• 7:30 pm: Relax in your room or challenge a friend to ping-pong or billiards.
